Membership Portal

You confirm all submitted information is accurate and complete.
You must be authorized to submit information for yourself or the included family member.
New-member registration must be completed for the listed applicant and not as a gift for another person.
The listed member must be at least 18 years old.
Each member record must include and maintain a valid mailing address.

Membership terms are calendar-year based (January 1 through December 31).
Memberships are term-based and not usage-based.
Memberships are not prorated except for specifically published year-and-a-half new-member options.
If posted information conflicts with checkout details, the active signup or renewal checkout details control.

Members and applicants must follow facility rules, range rules, posted safety instructions, and waiver requirements.
Payment or membership purchase alone does not guarantee immediate facility access.
Access may require completion of verification, orientation, card issuance, and other activation steps.
New and renewing members may need to complete orientation before gate access is activated or reactivated.

New-member signup requires email verification before payment can be completed.
Verification links are time-limited and may expire.
If a verification link is invalid or expired, a new signup may be required.
For family memberships, both adults must verify email before payment can proceed.

The membership process relies on email delivery for verification, confirmations, orientation links, and access updates.
You are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address.
You are responsible for checking spam or junk folders when expected messages are not received.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid mailing address for notices, records, and physical access-card delivery.

Signup requests are screened against existing and pending records to prevent duplicates.
Duplicate or conflicting signups may be blocked.
Prior members may be required to use the renewal process instead of new-member signup.
If an active pending signup exists, additional signup attempts may be restricted until completion or expiration.

Payment amounts are based on the current fee schedule shown in the portal.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
Membership, renewal, replacement-card, and related payments may be reviewed for eligibility before finalization.
All membership purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Membership year, membership type, and payment amount are validated server-side at checkout.
Checkout submissions with stale or mismatched data may be rejected.

Account credentials, access cards, temporary access codes, and sessions are for authorized use only.
Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized use of any card or code.
Gate access cards and access codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.
Facility access is limited to published operating hours.
Ankeny Ikes may disable access or require additional verification to protect members, guests, the facility, or the portal.
Safety or policy violations may result in suspension or revocation of access.

Checking the acknowledgement box records your acceptance of this terms version.
The portal records the date and time, transaction context, and basic request metadata.
Metadata may include items such as IP address and browser user agent.
